3.    ¼ CUPGHEE
4.    1TSP SALT COLD WATER TO MIX OIL FOR DEEP –FRYING
5.    1CUP SATTU
6.    2TBSP OIL
7.    1TSP CUMIN SEEDS
8.    1/8 TSP ASAFOETIDA
9.    ¾ TSPGRAM MASALA
10.                       ¾ CHILLI POWER
11.                       2 TBSP POWERED FENNEL SEEDS
12.                       2TSP POWERED CORIANDER SEEDS
13.                       2 TSP SALT
14.                       11/2 TSP POWERDAMCHOOR(DIRED MANGO POWER)
PROCEDURE
1.    MIX THE  FILLNG INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND KEEP ASIDE
2.    MIX THE FLOUR , SALT GHEE AND ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE A STIFF DOUGH.
3.    COVER AND LEAVE TO REST FOR  AT LEAST 15-20.
4.    MAKE ABOUT 20 SMOOTH BALLS FROM THE DOUGH.
5.    ROLL INTO ¼” THICK ROUND.
6.    PINCH EDGE ALL AROUND AND WET
7.    PLACE A BALL OF THE FILLING IN THE CENTER, AND BRING THE WET EDGES TOGETHER, COVERING  THE FILLING COMPLETELY.
8.    PRESS TOGETHER TO SEAL . ROLL BETWEEN PLAMS TOSMOOTHEN.
9.    BAKE IN A PRE-HEATED OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES ,THAN LOWER THE OVEN TEMPERATURE AND BAKE ANOTHER 20-25 MINUTES,TILL BROWN AND COOKED THROUGH.
10.                       NOTE YOU CAN SERVE THESE HOT WITHGHEEPOURED ON TOP.
