Ingreditents

1.      2 cup basemaati  rice, soaked                   

2.      1 cup green pices
3.      8-10 florets cauliflower
4.      1 cup carrot
5.      2 cup patota
6.      1 cup fined chopped onion
7.      1 tbsp fine chopped green chilly
8.      3 tbsp fine chopped ginger garlic
9.      1/2 cup chopped tomato
10.  ½ cup chopped coranider
11.  1 tsp cumin seeds
12.  3 tsp coriander power
13.  1 tsp turmeric power
14.  1 tsp chilly power
15.  ½ tsp cumin power
16.  2-3 bay leaves
17.  2-3 whole red chilly
18.  2 tsp ghee
19.  5-6 tsp mustard oil
20.  6 cups water
21.  Salt to taste
procedure
Heat the pan with 1 tbsp oil ,ad cauliflower, stir in high flame for 3 to4 minutes till it gets  brown from sides .take it out and keep aside.
Heat the rest oil in a pan ,add cumin n seeds ,whole red chilly bay leaves, let hem crackle and then the add onions ,stares for 3to4 minutes than add ginger garlic
Add all powered spices and stair well
Add tomato salt and cover with the lid for 3-4 minutes on a low flame
Open. lid mash tomato well and add water. let it come to boil on a high flame
As it boils  add rice and cauliflower and stir.
Now cover the lid, bring back to low frame and let it cook for about 12 to 15 minutes
Check in between the consistency of tehari it should not be like pulao , it is more wet then pulao . it has gravy texture.
At last add a lot of green coriander and serve hot with pouring ghee.
 Then serve it in plate   and enjoy
 Aloo palak biryani
1.      Tomatoes -3

2.      Mint &coriander chopped-1/2 bunch
3.      Ginger garlic paste-1/4 teaspoons
4.      Green chilly paste-1tsb
5.      Shahi jeera-1tsb
6.      Cardamom-2 numbers
7.      Cloves-3 number
8.      Cinnamon sticks-2 numbers
9.      Bay leaves-3 numbers
10.  Palak chopped -1/2 cup
11.  Patato -250 grms
12.  Yogurt-1/2 cup
13.  Salt to taste
14.  Turmic –pinch
15.  Basmati rice-1 cup
16.  Ghee -1 tsb
17.  Fired onion ¼ cup
Procedure
1)Heat oil in a biryani handi ,add bay leave ,cinnamon sticks , cloves, cardamom,shahi jeera ,green chilly paste ,ginger garlic paste ,chopped mint coriander spinach, tomatoes yogurt,salt turmic cook it in slow falme ,add Ptato (peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces and deep fry them)cook it tbsp. some time
2)Take pan add water once it comes tbsp,to boil add basmati rice (soaked in the water for 30 minutes)cook this 90% done
3)Take out of the half of the potato masala in another bowl and spread the rest over masala in the handi ,when the rice 90% cooked add rice layer to the top of the potato masala then add patato layer add fried onions and add rice layer and again patato layer add ghee ,fried onions ,put the lid on and do not cook direct on the flame frist put the tawa on the flame then put the biryani handi ,cook this in a slow flame for to5 to7 minutes.
4)Now biryani is ready ,serve it and enjoy
                                    Makhni paneerbiryani
Ingredients

1.      250grm paneer cubes
2.      3tbsp ghee butter
3.      2 tbsp whole spices
4.       1 large onions ,chopped coarsely
5.       1 tbsp butter
6.      2 cup fresh tomato puree
7.       3 green chilly
8.      4 cloves garlic
9.      1 tsb turmic power
10.  1 tsp cumin-coriander power
11.  1 tsp tandoori masala
12.  1 tsp cardamom power
13.   I tsp sugar ½ cashew paste
14.  1 cup cream 
15.  Salt to taste
16.  6 cup basmati rice
17.   1 cup fried onions
18.  1/2 almond sliver
19.  ½ chopped mint and coriander
Procedure
1.sear the paneer cubes in the ghee .then season it to taste and set aside
2.In the same pan , add the whole spices such as cinnamon , clove balck cardamom ,reen cardamom, black peper corns , mace.
3. as the spices crackle ,add the chopped onions ,green chillies ,ginger garlic and fry for 2 minutes
4.add the powered masala followed by the tomato puree, simmer for 10 minutes or so.
5.then add the cashew paste and cream .season to taste
Add the paneer into gravy and bring to a gentle simmer for 6 to8 minutes.
6 using a greased baking dish or handi ,layer the paneer and rice alternatively ,garnish with fired onins nuts, freshmint and coriander. Cover with aluminum foil or heat gently for 25 minutes and serve hot.


  (Spicy pulao with stir fry brinjalsni)

2.      Cumin seeds-1/2tea soopns
3.      Musterd seeds-1/2 teaspoons
4.      Ghee -3 table spoons
5.      Corridorsnder seeds- 1table spoons
6.      Dry coco ut-8smallpoons
7.      Peper corn- 6numbers
8.      Egg plant-250grms
9.      Green chilly-5 number
10.  Salt- to-taste
11.  Turmeric -1pinch
12.  Boild rice-1cup
13.            Whole grame masala (all) -1 numbers
Procedure
1)take apan add whole garama masala ,poppy seeds ,red chilly paper corn , sesame seeds ,dry coconut coriander seeds dry roasts in a slow flame  and make a power.
 2)heat ghee in a pan and musterd  seeds cumin seeds and add cashnew  nuts, green chiily ,egg plant sailt add ponch of turmetic ,  add masala ,mix it and add boild ed rice and toss this and switch off the flame.

3.      Milk or crearm-1cup
4.       Butter -2 table spoone
5.       Sugar-3/4 cup
6.      Coconut power-1 table spoons 
7.      Koya-1cup
8.      All dry furites-half cup
9.      Saffron-pinch
10.   Pineapple-1cup
11.       Cardamom-2 number
Procedure

1.Soak rice in water for 30 mintues
2. take a pn add butter ,all dry fruits,saffron , remove water from rice and add to this mix very little.
3. now add coconut power than water ,close it with a lid for 5 minutes
4.now open the lid add suger to it mix add milk do not mix close with the lid 5 minutes.
5.lastly add koya or paneer pineapple and cardamom power to it cook for 2 minutes
