1)4 boneless skinless chickenbreasts(about 1lb)

2)1/2 cup gold medal all purpose of  flour

3)1/4 teaspoon salt

3)1/4 teaspoon pepper

4)2 tbspoon  vegetable oil

5)2 clove garlic,fineiy chopped

6)1 cup sliced fresh  mushrooms

7)1/4 cup choppedfresh parsley

8)1/2 dry masalawine

9)hot cooked pasta


Between sheets of plastic ,flatten  each chickenbreast to ¼  inch thinkness .

In shallow dish mix flour,salt and pepper coat chicken with flour mixture , shake off excess flour.

In 10-inch skillet , heat oil over medium  high heat . cook garlic ,mushroom and parasely in oil five minutes , stirring frequently.

Add chicken to skillet  cook about 8 minutes  turning once  until  brown  add wine  ..cook 6 to 8 minutes  or until chicken is no longer  pink in center.

Serve the pasta
