All purpose flour (Maida)-1tbsp

Corn flour-2 tbsp

Egg-1 no

Red orange color-1/2 tsp

Oil for deep fry potatoes(big)-3 nos

Tooth picks (not plastic)

                                   For marination:-

Boneless chicken-250gm
(1 inch pieces)

Ginger –garlic paste-2 tsp

Red chili power-2 tsp

Ginger chopped -1tsp

Garlic  chopped-1tsp

Coriander leaves (chopped)-1tsp

Garam masala powder-1tsp

Lemon juice -1/2 slice

China salt-1tsp

Salt as per reqd


1)mix all ingredients given for marination  and marinate  it over night

2)add media corn flour, red orange color and egg to it.

3)egg act as coating to the chicken pieces.

4)peel the potatoes  and slices them as chips, but little thicker

5)take a slice keep a chicken pieces on it. fold the potato slice a bit and pierce them together using toothpick .

6) heat oil in a pan or a kadai

7)deep fry the chicken pieces a low flame in batches.

8)serve  hot by adding some lemon juice on it to make it or more tasty.
